Rev. D.R. Vestal, Ph.D.,
Rev. D.R. Vestal pastors Apostolic Temple in Garden Valley, Texas. He served four years in the Air Force under Strategic Air Command, and served two years in Fairford, England.
He has done academic reserach in the libraries at Fairford, England; Albany, Georgia; Dallas,Texas; and Tyler, Texas. He has spent 40 years as a Bible teacher and has lectured on Bible prophecy and doctrine. He earned his Master of Theology degree from Indiana Bible College, Seymour, Indiana in 1988. Rev. Vestal holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion degree and previously served as pastor in Cypress, California. Rev. Vestal is an established author and has published books on the Oneness doctrine and prophecy studies.

Rev. James Rowland, Ph.D.
Rev. Rowland co-pastors the Healing Place in Riverside, California with his wife Patricia. Rev. Rowland is the chairman of Shema Israel Christian Minsitries International. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion degree.

Rev. J.D. Linsteadt
Rev. J.D. Linsteadt graduated from Pentecostal Bible Institute in Tupelo, Mississippi with a Bachelor degree in 1951. In 1953 he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois. He attended North Texas State University and received a Master of Education degree in 1961. He founded three churches in Mississippi, one in Illinois, and two in Texas.
He and his wife Jean served as pastor of Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Garland, Texas for 18 years before his retirement. Rev. J.D. Linsteadt has been in the ministry for 54 years. In 1999 Cypress Bible Institute awarded him an Honorary Doctor of Divinity diploma for his life experience. Rev. J.D. Linsteadt is currently an advisor on the Board of Regents with CBI.

Dr. Prince Gadama is the Founder of Gospel Outreach Church International, Apostolic International Organization, and Jerusalem Christian Bible College. He is also the author of 116 Books comprising of the following: Creativity Studies, Counseling, Ministry, Theological Syllabuses, Doctrinal Subjects, Christian Life Growth, Leadership, Church Government, Health Studies, etc. He has also written 160 Christian Literatures with different subjects touching Christian Life which are circulating among Christians in the world.
Academically, he is the holder of several Diplomas, Degrees, and Doctorates Degrees, as well as Honorary Doctorate Degrees like diplomas in Philosophy of Theology with Christian Leadership International Institute in Republic of Mozambique, Associate Degree in Theology with International Bible College in South Africa, Bachelor Degree in Philosophy of Theology with University of South Africa, Masters Degree in Philosophy of Theology with Jerusalem University, Doctorate Degree in Religious Philosophy with University of Cambridge, Doctorate Degree in World History with the University of Helsink, Doctorate Degree in Counseling with University of Lasapuenzo. Doctorate Degree in Church management with University Kingdom, Doctorate Degree in Leadership Skills and Management with University of Zambia. He has several Honorary Doctor Degrees from Universities and Institutes.
