CBI President Rev. D.R. Vestal, Ph.D.,
Rev. D.R. Vestal pastors Apostolic Temple in Garden Valley, Texas. He served four years in the Air Force under Strategic Air Command, and served two years in Fairford, England.
He has done academic reserach in the libraries at Fairford, England; Albany, Georgia; Dallas,Texas; and Tyler, Texas. He has spent 40 years as a Bible teacher and has lectured on Bible prophecy and doctrine. He earned his Master of Theology degree from Indiana Bible College, Seymour, Indiana in 1988. Rev. Vestal holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion degree and previously served as pastor in Cypress, California. Rev. Vestal is an established author and has published books on the Oneness doctrine and prophecy studies.

CBI Vice President Rev. James Rowland, Ph.D.
Rev. Rowland co-pastors the Healing Place in Riverside, California with his wife Patricia. Rev. Rowland is the chairman of Shema Israel Christian Minsitries International. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion degree.

CBI Advisor Rev. J.D. Linsteadt
Rev. J.D. Linsteadt graduated from Pentecostal Bible Institute in Tupelo, Mississippi with a Bachelor degree in 1951. In 1953 he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois. He attended North Texas State University and received a Master of Education degree in 1961. He founded three churches in Mississippi, one in Illinois, and two in Texas.
He and his wife Jean served as pastor of Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Garland, Texas for 18 years before his retirement. Rev. J.D. Linsteadt has been in the ministry for 54 years. In 1999 Cypress Bible Institute awarded him an Honorary Doctor of Divinity diploma for his life experience. Rev. J.D. Linsteadt is currently an advisor on the Board of Regents with CBI.

CBI Advisor Rev. George Flowers, D.D
Rev. Flowers is the pastor of Faith Pentecostal Church, Powderly, Texas. He received the Holy Ghost in 1949 and was baptized in Jesus Name by Rev. C.P. Kilgore. Bro. Flowers served in the U.S. Air Force from 1955 to 1958 and served two years in the Philippines. He was among the first preachers to preach the Gospel in the Philippines and started a church there.
He has pastored in Arkansas, New Mexico and Texas. He has evangelized all over the U.S. and has done missionary work in Columbia, South America, Old Mexico, and Okinawa. He attended Texas Bible College in 1969-1970. Rev. Flowers served as Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. for many years in Columbus, Ohio. Rev. Flowers is currently an advisor on the Board of Regents with CBI.
