CBI President Th.M. Indiana Bible College, Seymour, Indiana 1988 Rev. D.R. Vestal served in the U.S. Air Force under Strategic Air Command from 1958 to 1962. He held a secret clearance and worked at Command Headquarters. He spent two years at RAF Fairford, England. Dr. Vestal has done academic research in the libraries at Fairford, England; Albany, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; Cypress, California; and Tyler, Texas. Dr. Vestal began his ministry in 1972 and has lectured in many churches all over the South-west. He has spent 40 years as a Bible teacher on Bible doctrine and prophecy. In 1982 Dr. Vestal served as pastor of Cypress Bible Training Center located in Cypress, California. In 1991 Dr. Vestal founded Apostolic Temple in Garden Valley, Texas and is now the current pastor. Under the leadership of Dr. Vestal, Cypress Bible Institute began the correspondence program in Theology, and is accredited by Shema Israel Christian Ministries International located in Riverside, California. Dr. Vestal is an established author and publisher of several books and tapes. His two doctrinal books "Trinity or Truth" and "The Truth Of The Oneness Doctrine" have been published and distributed world wide
